We are a privately-owned wellness center with providers who specialize in various forms of treatments for great patients who enjoy a dedicated and pleasant staff. The ideal candidate must feel comfortable with multi-tasking in a busy clinic setting. Our goal is to get patients back to living their best life which is, in our opinion, pain-free and joyful. This position is unique because you will not only work the front desk, but you will also have the ability to interact with patients in the treatment rooms performing simple set-ups and basic removal of treatment procedures that you will be trained here to do. The main duties include: scheduling, answering phones, verifying insurance benefits, data entry, scanning, processing payments, checking in patients, filing, monitoring provider/therapist schedules, as well as stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms.
We have 10 shifts total from 8:15am-1:30pm and 1:15pm-6:45pm Mon- Fri. Saturdays & Sundays 8-1.
You may have 3-4 shifts total that will be arranged with other staff members. We are especially looking to fill Saturdays & Sundays.
