You will be responsible for managing patient and all other phone calls appropriately .

Responsibilities:
� Handle patient inquiries and concerns
� Make and change patient appointments
� Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
� Document and update other concerning team members based on phone call interactions
� Develop and maintain a call logs of unanswered and unresolved issues
� Each day confirm all calls were answered
� Sign out of pending work
Qualifications:
� Previous experience in patient telephone calls handling is preferred
� Ability to build rapport with patients and other colleagues
� Ability to prioritize, triage and multitask
� Positive and professional demeanor
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
