JOB SUMMARY
The Front Desk/Childcare Attendant is the lead customer service contact for all members, guests, or prospects. The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for obtaining and utilizing their knowledge when selling all products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
� Responsible for adhering to the Fortis & YOGALUX mission statement and delivering exception service by complying with the Company Core Values and Culture
� Greets and checks in all members and guests
� Creates �First Impression�
� Sells all products, services, and packages
� Schedule and checks-out appointments for Personal Training, Massage, and Nutrition
� Answers and directs all incoming phone calls
� Fields and/or handles all member complaints, concerns, or feedback
� Inputs customer information and scans/uploads client documentation into client profiles
� Perform laundry throughout the shift and clean yoga mats
� Refill bathroom personal products as needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, etc.)
� Records customer dialogue into contact logs
� Completes Opening and Closing Procedures for the club if assigned those shifts
� Exhibit a well-rounded knowledge of facility offerings and events
� Performs customer tours of the facility
� Responsible for keeping Front Desk clean, neat, and orderly
� Maintains cleanliness of the facility (performs cleaning tasks as assigned)
� Attends routine staff meetings
� Maintains professionalism when not assisting members; avoids eating, sitting, reading, Internet surfing, or
any other activities that are not work-related while at the front desk (or in view of clients)
� Other duties as assigned (included to perform duties of a KidFit Childcare Attendant)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
� Must be highly self-motivated and energetic
� Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills
� Organizational skills
� Strong attention to detail
� Ability to multi-task
� Must be a team player, willing to cover or trade shifts when necessary
� Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
� Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
� High School Diploma or GED required
� Experience in customer service preferred
� Experience in health club or the hospitality industry is preferred
� CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
� Background check required (within 30 days of hire)
