Advanced Wallboard, LLC is a full-service commercial and residential drywall contracting company serving the entire state of Colorado for over 33 years. We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper / Controller to work part-time or full-time in our Glenwood Springs Colorado office or remotely. The ideal candidate has a prior background in accounting, with minimum 3 plus years experience.

Details:
40 hours per week; flexible schedule (Remote work option after fully trained)
$28 - $38 / hour depending upon experience
Paid holidays, vacation and personal time, Costco membership

Job Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in accounting with experience in Accounts Receivables + Accounts Payables +job Costing.
Excellent Communication Skills and Attention to Detail
Experience with business account software, MS Word, Excel, Computer Ease or QuickBooks.
Ability to Follow Established Processes and Procedures
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and reduce liabilities

Responsibilities
• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support project supervisors.
• Compile and enter invoices and checks utilizing Computer Ease accounting software
• Process bills for payment
• Issue checks for accounts payable
• File and tally deposits
• Perform Invoice reconciliation
• Perform expense receipt reconciliation
• Work with printers, scanners, calculators, databases, and bank accounts
• Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies
• Receive and process credit card payments as necessary
• Balance, reconcile accounts
• Other duties as needed
