Paid Summer Internship: Capable person to assist with all aspects of managing a successful horse facility Opportunities include stable management (chores include feeding, turn out & occasional stall cleaning), lesson academy (assist/teach beginner lessons in hunt seat on the flat, assist with camp, fun days & community events) and help work show & lesson horses (assist trainer & groom at shows) plus other duties as needed. Hours and days vary but will include occasional weekends. The successful individual will be enrolled in a collegiate equine college or university, be responsible, willing to learn our system, and be detail oriented. Horse show experience a plus. This is a full-time paid summer internship beginning in mid-May and ending in mid-August. We are located in Lakeville, Minnesota. This is an excellent hands-on internship for someone interested in a career in stable management and/or riding instruction!
