KUFRI is an artisan textiles and home furnishings brand. Passionate about sustainability in design, we combine heritage craft with modern design. KUFRI textiles are used in residential and hotel projects by luxury interior designers, nationally and internationally.
OVERVIEW:
This is a Paid Internship is geared towards enrolled students and recent graduates of any design or design-related program (interior design, fashion, textiles, graphic design, art, merchandising, marketing etc).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sample library maintenance,
Cutting + shipping samples and orders,
Inventory management,
Light admin work,
Updating our website,
Photographing product,
Keeping studio + showroom organized and clean,
Assist with marketing as needed,
Pick up and drop offs,
Assist with photoshoots and events,
Other day-to-day studio tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Availability: 30-40 hrs/week,
Must own reliable car,
Must be able to maintain professionalism in a deadline based work environment and pay critical attention to detail,
Must be eligible to work in the US,
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus but not required.
Interns are responsible for any school registration procedures and fees. Interns to supply all documentation regarding evaluations for course credit, if applicable.
Availability: 30-40 hours/week.
Summer Internship dates: May 17, 2022 - August 17, 2022.
Location: KUFRI, 1152 Mississippi Ave., Dallas 75207.
Pay: $14.00/hr.
