Resident Camp Director
Kiddie Keep Well Camp offers an amazing sleepaway camp experience free for under-resourced children in Middlesex County New Jersey. Our kids are awesome kids but often bring some of their life challenges with them to camp. We have an immediate opening for a camp director who is familiar with the camping world and has a strong background in youth development. Must be a dynamic leader at least 25 years of age, have a college degree or incredible experience, be well organized, passionate, motivated, and able to mentor struggling and non-struggling staff, and communicate effectively with adults. children, and teenagers. Responsible for camp, recruitment supervision of staff, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Must have a passion for growth and making an impact on building a culture for the community. Responsible for implementing onsite facility certifications ACA, DOH standards, building compliance, kitchen, pool health centers, and USDA. We are a diverse camp for children 7-13 serving 600 campers throughout the summer Leaders in Training (15-16-year-olds), and senior citizens. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must live on-site during the summer months but the studio is available year-round. Benefits 100% health, dental, and vision insurance paid by the employer, generous time off,401K.
