Project Manager
We are seeking the right person to grow with our company - you duties and responsibilities will grow as we continue growing. As a Junior Estimator you'll learn HVAC, Piping and Plumbing estimating from the take-off phase to bid day from our experienced Estimators and assist our Lead Estimator throughout all bids, attend prebid meetings, develop scopes, sort subcontractor and vendor pricing and review their scopes for compliance with the plans and specifications. As a Junior Project Manager (don't worry we won't put "Junior" on your business cards!), you'll assist our experienced project managers with their jobs but more importantly, you'll be assigned smaller projects to dive into and run on your own - actually, no, you'll have plenty of oversight from our experienced PM's, but you'll be expected to take the lead on your projects and drive them to completion. Yes, this is an entry-level position for someone looking for a career position with a growing, mid-sized, family operated and owned Mechanical Contracting company but we develop our people by adding responsibilities quickly and seeing how you shine.
You do not need a degree to start with us. Although we prefer a degree in Construction Management, we don't weigh that any heavier than an abundance of common sense and work ethic along with some basic knowledge of the business.
You'll need to commute to our office every day and be willing to learn and energetic.
There is the potential to grow with us as we grow and we prefer to advance from within - we have some great growth plans.

Knowledge of Bluebeam, QuoteExpress, AutoCAD MEP/Fabrication, Miscrosoft Office and strong communication skills will help.
Prior Procore experience is also helpful, but we will train the right person.
