Crystal Clear Glass Inc. - A Leader in custom window installations &
designs is seeking a motivated, experienced individual who is looking for a
challenging and rewarding position as an Office Admin/Customer Service
Representative.
 Responsibilities:
? Answering multi-line phone system
? Direct liaison between Company employees, Outside Sales, Contractors
? Enter sales leads and work with sales team
and Customers
? Schedule Estimation appointments with Estimator/Outside Sales
? Generate Estimate using Quickbooks
? Make job folders for in-house record keeping
? Update purchase order logs
? Match packing slips to vendor orders and ready jobs for scheduling
installations
? Provide vendor invoices to accounting dept. for payment
? Update company calendar with installation dates and chosen installer? Paperwork filing
Qualifications:
? Strong work ethic
? Punctual
? Customer service background
? Construction Experience
? Organizational skills
? Proper telephone etiquette 
? Previous experience with Microsoft office applications
? Previous Quickbooks experience
? Work well under pressure and minimal super vision
