Super fun & active family looking for a SECOND NANNY (other nanny works morning shifts)/HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANT in the afternoons 1PM-7PM for their two girls (ages 3 years and 10-months) and three-month old (born July 2022). Willing to offer 40 hrs/wk for the right fit! They are seeking someone to LIVE IN or LIVE OUT. If you live in, you will live in their fully furnished guest house! They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, intelligent; someone who is always thinking ahead and can & will just get IT done! Ideal candidate is able to be in mom's brain and execute a plan of action with little to no hand holding-- someone who is thoughtful and meticulous in their approach. Someone who can come up with things to do, even if it seems like there is nothing to be done-- there is always something to be done! Thinking outside the box, keeping track of inventory and anticipating needs is essential. Mom is self-proclaimed type A but is also a sweetheart! She is genuinely looking for her work wife within the household; someone amazing with kids but also at managing the schedule, and keeping things organized! Ideally, this person is a self-starter, is outgoing, creative, brings good energy to the home and the kids, loves what they do and wants the best for the kids; someone who is punctual, flexible and discreet. Overall, they are a fun family with something always going on! they take great care of their employees and are looking for someone to fit in seamlessly with them-- someone with a great personality & sense of humor, and who the girls will love! Their girls are so sweet and well-behaved, and they are all pretty easy going generally speaking! You will be in charge of all childcare related duties including running errands, wrangling to and from activities, light housekeeping and cooking; traveling as needed! Must be willing to travel! You will also assist with some level of house management help while the kids are sleeping, opening packages, placing orders etc. They have one large dog, no care required. Must be fully vaccinated (TDAP, influenza and Covid). They have a full-time housekeeper, so someone who can be both autonomous but a great team player is ideal. No drama! They are truly a loving, sweet and kind family looking for someone to join their bustling household for the long-term! Pay is commensurate with experience + PTO. Willing to help with relocating the perfect fit!
