Job Summary:
GuidetoInsure is one of the largest (and best) insurance agencies in the country serving the Senior Market. Our company is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling Final Expense policies to clients and helping them make informed decisions about their financial future. You will work with warm leads provided by the company, with no cold calling required, and will have the opportunity to earn a base salary plus commission. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about helping others and looking for major growth opportunities.
Our brokerage firm is searching for top-notch sales professionals.
We focus on Final Expense Life Insurance (Whole Life).
What you bring to the table:

Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads provided by the company and meet with clients to determine their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
- Explain policy details and benefits to clients and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success.
- Attend company training sessions and stay up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass an extensive criminal and credit background check.
This is not a remote position.
What you can expect to earn:
· Our first-year agents average over $70k
· 2nd-year agents average in the six figures.
· Trips, awards, and other incentives
Our home office is in South Jordan, Utah. We have two regional offices in Utah and Florida - and we're growing fast!
