About the Grounds Maintenance Support position:
As a groundskeeper you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds during all seasons for 30 company owned properties and growing. The duties typically include lawncare, mowing, irrigation, fertilization in the spring/summer and plowing, shoveling, de-icing, monitoring, and snow removal in the winter. During the winter months and down times, this position will be expected to assist with property maintenance and general repair needs at our gas/convenience, automotive repair, laundromat, and multi-tenant commercial properties.

What we are looking for:
• clean and valid driver’s license
• ability to work outside, be on your feet for an extended amount of time and the ability to lift up to 60lbs.
• work night shifts and be flexible and aware of weather conditions for shoveling needs.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully you must reliable and responsible for needed work hours, take pride in the job at hand, and have great attention to detail. It is important to have the ability to multi-task in use good time management to get all needed duties done each day. Candidates must be able to work outside, carry up to 60 lbs, and ability to be on your feet for 8 hours per shift. We are looking for all candidates to have a willingness to have a flexible schedule during winter months.
