It is essential that you have a strong ability to help guide patients with their care in a calm and supportive manner. You must be flexible, adaptive and effective to navigate the challenges of the day. The ability to communicate effectively both in written word and verbally is essential. Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Work in a team environment focused on individual patient care and clinical excellence
* Work the hours provided below
*Knowledge on Sterilization and its importance
* Must be good at multitasking, problem solving, and a cooperative team player
* Support patients in scheduling all phases of their care, by having an understanding of their preventative care, lab cases and treatment plans
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement systems and procedures
* Learn dental laboratory techniques
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
* Must provide at least two professional references
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Technical PC skills and working knowledge of EagleSoft Dental Software, Digital X-rays and Mac operating systems
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
* Contribute to the success and growth of the practice
* Knowledge and understanding of dental insurance is a plus
Office Hours:
Monday 8:00-5:00, Tuesday 8:00-5:00, Wednesday 8:00-5:00, Thursday 8:00-2, Friday 8-12
