Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This position is key to keeping an open line of communication between our customers and our production team.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, enter, and acknowledge customer POs
• Manage internal PO log and keep up to date
• Scan and link customer POs in the ERP system
• Enter customer part numbers into ERP system
• Review and respond to customer inquiries, calls, and emails
• Post sales in our ERP system, send invoices to customers
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Communicate with the production team the needs of the customer
• Forward RMA’s and RFQ’s to the appropriate people
• Convey customer issues to management
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
