Our company is looking for a full-time highly motivated customer service to join our growing team!
Job location: City of Industry, CA
Job Duties:
• Follow up with exiting customers’ orders by phone call or email;
• Communicate with potential customers, understand their needs and questions, and expand new account.
Job Requirements:
• Strong sense of customer service;
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
• Highly motivated & self-learning & ability to work in a team;
• Detail-oriented and hardworking;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software;
• High school or equivalent;
• US work authorization (Required);
• Full Time: Monday – Friday
