Carpet Cleaning Tech
Guarantee Carpet Cleaning, BG OH, is looking for a full time carpet cleaning and floor care technician. We also provide emergency restoration services, like water extraction. As those emergencies arise we will expect technicians to be on call periodically and looking for team players who have good stamina, energetic and have a teachable attitude.
Job descriptions:
Daily, prep vans- fill trucks with water, chemicals and supplies. Follow a daily checklist. Part of a 2 man team, driving to jobsites in BG and surrounding areas. Tech will physically clean carpets, furniture and other hard surfaces. As stated above, when water emergencies arise we need technicians who can carry 35-40 pounds up and down stairs. Must be clean shaven, neat appearance, no smoking in vans at jobsites or on company property, energetic and teachable.
We will provide uniform shirts, pants, and hats. Must provide own belt and shoes (boots may be required on some jobs) once tech is past the 90-day probationary period, single health insurance in avail. (we pay up to 50%), and a shoe allowance as this job can be hard on shoes/boots. Our basic work week is 40hrs, Monday –Friday. Saturday work is possible. We pay $14.00/hr starting out with room to grow depending on your ability. We pay time and a half for work over 40hrs. 5 vacation days/year are possible after 1 year. Must have valid, clean driver’s license. Hiring is subject to tech’s ability to be covered on our insurance as a driver. Weekly commission is possible in addition to regular wage.
