Accounting Clerk
Mil Gustos Hospitality Group parent company of four restaurants, Bogota Latin Bistro, Miti Miti Modern Mexican, Medusa Greek Taverna all located in Park Slope, Brooklyn and Miti Miti Latin Street Food located in South Orange, NJ is looking for an Accounting Clerk/Operation Admin.
As the Accounting Clerk/Operations Admin you will be working along side other admin teams like the HR/Marketing Admin, and the Training/Operations Admin.

This position will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
1) Collection of invoices and uploading them into Plate IQ
2) Working on PMIX (Product Mix) and Specials PMIX reports
3) Food costs analysis (ingredients and plate costs)
4) Chargebacks
5) Responsible for making sure financial information is being used appropriately and kept confidential
6) Must work with numbers daily and need to be comfortable with a range of mathematical operations
7) Bookkeeping and general accounting
8) Creating and maintaining void and comp spreadsheets
9) Performing clerical work and interoffice support including and receiving and processing mail
10) Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
11) Responsible for developing accurate financial records and reports and make sure there are no errors
12) Any other duties as assigned by the management team
Must be proficient in the following:
Plate IQ
QuickBooks
Excel
Bachelor�s degree in accounting or Associates degree or a combination of experience
