Job Description Summary:
You will be owning outbound client acquisition for MyAmazonGuy! MyAmazonGuy is a red-hot Amazon Full-service agency with rapid growth, that is looking to grow further! We currently field over 75 inbound leads a month, and you will manage our outbound leads program, which has a HUGE upside in this red hot market.
KPIs:
Daily outreach, 15+ loom videos a day
Cold call prospects, pitch services without support
CRM development, gather connections into the system
Target of 8 signed full service contracts per month - CLOSING DEALS
Requirements:
Be coachable
Driven to make 10-30 loom (sales out reach) videos a day
Cold call perspective clients and pitch our services without support (once fully trained)
Be organized and input potential leads into our CRM (Customer Relationship) software and follow up according to our agency standards
Target of 5-8 signed clients per month.
Optional: Create podcast content and outreach

You will improve communication skills, business negotiation, and contract creation, along with experience in sales.

A $1,000 retention bonus – half payable after 30 days of service from hiring date, with the other half paid at day 90.
