Youth Development Coach
Alliance Athletics is looking for energetic, dependable and passionate individuals to join our growing youth sports organization. Quality candidates will have a love for soccer, some playing experience and knowledge of the game. Applicants must be committed to joining our program for a minimum of one season. Our company offers competitive pay, subsidized coaching education and guaranteed hours based on coach’s availability. Our goal is to make an immediate impact in the development of our players which means that all coaches will undergo Alliance Athletics led coaching education. Youth Development Coaches will be expected to be comfortable leading coaching sessions for players aged 5-15, follow a given curriculum and make sure that every player’s experience with the game is incredible. Alliance Athletics is a great place for coaches looking to get started on their coaching journey and for experienced coaches as well.
Responsibilities:
Create a positive atmosphere for all players in the program
Help develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
Deliver fun, energetic and challenging sessions for players of all skill levels
Always arrive on time and ready to coach. (Punctuality is a must!)
Work with other coaches to organize and problem solve on the fly
Skills:
Preferred background in coaching soccer but not required (will train)
Personable with great communication skills
Ability to make sessions fun for players of all ages
Willing to be loud, goofy and creative with our younger players
Playing experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow direction and be a part of a team environment
Dependable and committed to the program
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
