Sales Consultant
New Home Builder in the High Desert looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, self-driven individual to join our sales team.
Responsibilities:
� Learn the "Buyer Choice" program
� Acquaint potential buyer's with standard options & upgrades of the home
� Pursue leads through networking & traffic reports to include timely follow-up
� Maintain thorough communication with team
Requirements:
� CalBRE License A MUST
� Sales Representatives who are bilingual are a plus
� Experience with new home sales is A MUST
� Must be available weekend, evenings, and some holidays
� Ability to commute from site to site
� Maintain a current real estate license
� Basic computer skills and internet fluency is necessary
� Candidate should possess a professional appearance, strong work ethic with a confident and friendly demeanor
� Should be punctual, organized and resourceful
Job Types: Full-time, Weekend Availability, Contract
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
