Maintenance Prep Technician
CMG Leasing is looking for individuals willing to work hard assisting our Maintenance Technicians with turning apartments. Experience with light carpentry work is desired but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Overtime will be required. Competitive pay according to experience. Must be available to work May - mid August. Each Prep Tech will be assigned to a property and to a Maintenance Tech. Prep Tech's will be responsible for preparing apartments to be cleaned, painted, etc. Prep Tech's will move out furniture (as needed with help), prep walls for painting, replace blinds, remove trash. There is a possibility of becoming a full time permanent employee after the temporary position has ended.
