We are a seeking to build our team with skilled, personable, & dedicated individuals who share a great passion for food & hospitality!

We focus on private dining experiences along with various pop-up events throughout the valley such as farmers markets & holiday experiences. (Yes, holiday season will absolutely be a time we are completely slammed.)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals for catering events
- Help with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Assist in plating and presenting dishes in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area: EFFICIENT
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
