Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Volunteer Credentialist to manage and verify the credentials of our healthcare providers. This role is essential in ensuring that all staff members meet necessary qualifications and standards, thereby maintaining the integrity and quality of care provided.

 

Responsibilities:

- Verify the credentials, licenses, and certifications of healthcare providers.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credentialing information.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Assist with the preparation of credentialing reports and documentation.

- Collaborate with administrative staff to address any credentialing issues.

 

Qualifications:

- Experience in credentialing or a related field preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with credentialing software and processes.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
