Tent Installer

Party On Delmarva is in search of a qualified candidate to join our team as a tent/inflatable installer for the remainder of our 2023 season.  

Job Summary:

The Installer is responsible for ensuring that Party on Delmarva’s equipment is set up properly, and in the best possible way. This includes loading and unloading vehicles. The Installer ensures that all Party on Delmarva equipment is installed accurately and on time. Our installations consist of Commercial tents, Inflatables, tables, chairs, dancefloors, etc.

Core Responsibilities:

• Set up Party on Delmarva equipment accurately and in the best possible way
• Maintain all company policies and procedures throughout the job process
• Follow all state and federal safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager as needed from time to time from customer needs or company needs.

Experience:

• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well independently or within a team and take on additional responsibilities without direct supervision.
• Must be able to work at heights of up to 10 feet
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (or more) on a regular basis.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

• 6-8 hour shifts Thursdays,  Fridays,  Sundays,  Mondays and occasional Saturdays
