We are newly remodeled with state of the art equipment, provide a full menu of delicious food and cocktails, and our goal is to provide friendly customer service in a fun fast-paced environment. We are seeking a Team Leader looking for growth opportunities.

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of employees to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

*Responsibilities*

- Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products as needed

- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing the customer experience

*Skills*

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational abilities to manage team schedules and tasks effectively

- Multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs

- Knowledge of market trends to drive sales growth

- Experience in food & beverage preferred

- Ability to supervise, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Supervisor: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
