Job Responsibilities;
- Utilize a pickup truck equipped with a plow, Loader, Skid, Kubota, Tractors, or Shovel to remove snow and ice from parking lots.
- Cover assigned areas, often working early mornings, extended hours, some weekends, and holidays if required.
- Respond to event requests within 15-30 minutes.
- Ensure that assigned properties receive safe and adequate service.
- Complete additional duties that may include snow shoveling, grounds maintenance, labor logs, or other facility-related tasks as necessary.
- Inspect equipment before each shift and adhere to safety regulations, policies, and rules while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Keep equipment well-maintained and clean.
- Notify the supervisor/team lead immediately in case of equipment malfunction.
- Assist other teams with properties to ensure all clients are safe and satisfied.
Preferred experience varies by position;
- Operating Heavy Equipment - Mainly Loaders and Skids.
- Commercial Property Snow Removal
- Sectional Box Blade
Our Service Areas Include; Kalamazoo, Allegan, Battle Creek, Portage, Three Rivers, Plainwell, Otsego, Jackson, Paw Paw, Martin.
License / Certificates;
- A Driver's License is required for our Plow and Salt Truck Drivers.
- A Driver's License is not required for our Sidewalk or Equipment Operators.
Job Classification; Part time with full time potential.
Salary Rage; $15.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience and position.
Winter Hours Bonus;
- If you work 100 hours, you will receive $200.00 at the end of season.
- If you work 150 Hours = you will receive $300.00 at the end of the season.
- If you work 200 Hours = you will receive $500.00 at the end of the season.
- If you work 250 Hours = you will receive $700.00 at the end of the season.
- If you work 300+ Hours = you will receive $1,000.00 at the end of the season.
