About Us: The Breastfeeding is a national dominate player in the Breast Pump DME space, dedicated to helping new and expecting moms on their breastfeeding journey. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and help us enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
  • Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Analytics: Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed. Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies. Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  • Community Building: Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events. Cultivate relationships with key influencers, customers, and potential leads.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, and print.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and others.
    • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
    • Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Creative thinking with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
    • Excellent multitasking skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
  • Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc., and knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
