We are looking for West Chester Students or recent graduates, at least 21 years old, for our college bar downstairs. All bartenders will be required to work on the floor as servers upstairs as well. We are slower this time of year but we are looking to get ahead of the fall rush. We are looking for positive, happy and upbeat people with an eye for detail. Honesty, cleanliness, hygiene and pride in your appearance is very important to us. Reliability and drive are a must. We are building a great team that works well together, its important you're a team player too. You must have experience serving and or bartending. Nights and weekends are a must, and you will be expected to work all the events in town including Bar crawls and Graduation. The more availability you have the better. We are looking for about 3 shifts a week plus the ability to pick up for your teammates. If you are willing to hustle, learn the menu and pay attention to details, we will put you in a great position to succeed.
