Job Description: Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC

Reports To: Office Manager and Executive Team

Purpose

Main purpose of this position is to schedule appointments for leads that are coming in either via website or phone calls. The main duties will be to handle coming leads and schedule them with providers based upon their availability.

Essential Duties and Qualifications

Good communication skills
Speaks clearly and professionally
Able to use company software programs for scheduling
Flexible enough schedule to be able to return communication in timely manor
Pay Range - $13 - 15 per hour + benefits

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
