We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. Our company specializes in creating unique, inspiring, and highly enjoyable creative corporate events and holiday parties. . The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our creative corporate events and holiday parties to businesses in the Illinois area. This individual will be engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored event solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and generating new leads for corporate events

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients

- Understanding client needs and providing tailored event solutions

- Generating and following up on sales leads

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the events or hospitality industry

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media

- Knowledge of the Illinois area and corporate event market
