Sales

Peaceful Sea Productions is a small-but-growing media company. We produce shows, podcasts, documentaries, and movies that focus on self-sufficiency, individual freedom, and economic literacy. We are in need of someone to take on a dual-position... C.F.O. and salesperson/marketer. Our owner/CEO, Jake Green, is a creative type and does not have the skills or time to handle the sales and marketing for the company. He acknowledges this and therefore would like to bring someone on with whom to collaborate in the expansion of the company.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, finding advertisers, developing revenue streams, and creating marketing campaigns. They will collaborate with the CEO to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with some financial background as a bonus.

 

Responsibilities

• Create strong marketing campaigns to grow our individual shows and the company at large
• Find and strike a deal with advertisers
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits

 

Qualifications

• Strong sales-based skills
• Good marketing skills
• Finance experience a plus

 

Your compensation will completely depend upon the amount of money you bring into the company. We are not profitable as of this moment and do not get paid any salaries. We want someone to join us on this journey as we grow our audiences and our brand.
