Join our local fast-paced, friendly, family business located in North Attleboro, MA as a Sales Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our sales and leadership team ensuring the smooth operation of our busy sales office. Responsibilities encompass a variety of administrative tasks in our small office environment. Your contributions will directly impact on the success of the sales department and the overall business. Work onsite Monday-Friday, ideally, we would like a start time of 8:00am for a total of 30-35 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
Sales support:
Manage sales related documentation. Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and estimates.
Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate sales processes and assist in maintaining positive customer relationships.
Office support:
Point of contact for all incoming calls, triage calls to appropriate staff.
Schedule meetings and appointments
Handle and organize all new hire paperwork and documentation related to hiring.
Executive support:
Provide administrative assistance to President, CFO, and Vice President
Communicate effectively with all levels of internal teams.
Order office supplies, copy, fax, scan, and create documents as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in business administration or a related filed may be preferred.
2+ years of proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.
Proficiency in using office software, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Excellent phone manner, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of sales principles and processes can be an advantage.
Pay range - $20.00 -$23.00 per hour.
