Responsibilities -Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat -Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability -Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs -Data entry in various platforms -Understand and strive to meet or exceed contact center metrics while providing excellent customer service Qualifications -Must be at least 18 years old -Must pass a skill assessment and background check -At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience -Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills -Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work -Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes or procedures -Ability to navigate comfortably in a Windows based environment and work multiple screens while multi-tasking Work From Home Requirements -A computer device (preferably dual monitors) -Headset or headphones with microphone attachment -Internet: Wired connection required (no wireless). Must be able to connect equipment to a router with an Ethernet cord -A quiet work area Please be aware that the onboarding process should not be mistaken for approval. Onboarding is designed to provide you with an understanding of the position and guide you through the necessary steps. Approval is contingent upon the successful completion of your skill assessment and background check. If you meet the requirements, you will be able to proceed. However, if you do not meet the criteria, you will be prompted to have your credentials removed from the platform. It is important to note that this is a 1099 independent contractor position. Following the orientation, you will proceed with the registration process. This will involve a background check and skill assessment.
