Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and possess expertise in knife skills, catering, food handling, menu planning, and culinary arts. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes as per the menu
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold high culinary standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent work experience is a plus
