Title: Pianist
Reports to: Music Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
 

Hours and Schedule:
Generally 3 hours per week plus at-home practice:
Sunday Morning Services (2 hours), 9:45 am-11:45 am
Choir Practice (1 hour), Thursday, 7:30-8:30pm
At-home practice as needed
Plus occasional staff and/or music department meetings (1-2 hrs)
Start Date: ASAP

Compensation:
$50 per hour for Sunday service & choir practice
$50 per week for at-home practice
$25 per hour for administrative time (i.e. staff meetings)

Main Duties
• Accompany hymns in worship
• Play prelude, offertory, and special music selections
• Accompany choir in worship (September through June)
Potential additional duties (compensation negotiated separately)
• Play for special services/events (memorials, weddings, fundraisers, etc.)
