Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - $15.00 per hour plus bonus

Physical Requirements:

• Walking for the majority of the work shift

After successfully completing a 90-day probation period and demonstrating strong sales and customer service skills, we will fund your classes and exam for the 620 license. Our top Public Adjuster earns $183k annually, with entry-level positions starting at $65k. Your earnings will be a reflection of your dedication and performance.

Join our team to work alongside experienced Public Adjusters, advocating for homeowners with their claims and home improvement needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing daily outside, starting after 3 PM
• Study and pass the Public Adjuster licensing test after the 90-day probation period
• Shadow experienced Public Adjusters to learn about the industry
• Meet weekly goals set by the canvassing manager
• Attend daily or weekly training meetings- if needed
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Adapt to evolving industry regulations
• Ensure client satisfaction by maximizing their projects

Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication 
• Experience in all stages of acquisition
• Prior customer service and sales experience
• Knowledge of acquisition support
• Professionalism and composure under stressful situations
• Bilingual speakers are a plus- of all languages
