PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Membership Services Representative is responsible for customer service and front desk operations.
REPORTS TO: Director of Administration and Special Projects
SUPERVISES: Front Desk Staff
POSITION STATUS: Full Time
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
REGULAR SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM (while school is in session). Hours as needed during Vacation and Summer Programs i.e. 7:30-3:30 / 9:30-5:30. Schedule is variable depending on the needs of the organization.
