Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide a range of therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massages.
- Assess clients’ needs and preferences to customize massage sessions.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment space.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Uphold the studio’s high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but we are open to recent graduates who are passionate and motivated.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
