We are currently seeking Line Cooks that are interested in:
- Flexible hours
- Part-time or Full-time shifts (both available)

- Inventory management
- A little bit of everything food prep, line work, dishes, we share all the work depending on the day!
- Good manual dexterity (able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils)
- Are willing to do what needs to be done for the good of the team (doing dishes, mopping floors, helping in brewery or front-of-house)
- Free staff shirts when hired and a new one each 6 months
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING (you can even work as little a one day a week!)
- Free shift meal for all kitchen and brewery staff after 4 hour shift
- Paid Certified Food Manager training and certification for Head Chef, Kitchen Managers, Head of Production, and Taproom Manager
- Paid and continuous in-house training related to your work area, our products, and the craft beer industry
- Free shift beverage after each shift - NA options available
- Free staff parking in our huge parking lot
- Our brewery is a stop on the Interurban route (only $1 per ride!)
- Free weekly Howler (32 oz bottle) of Guardian beer each week (must be 21+)

- If you are a Maker or artist, you are able to sell your work in our taproom and on Makers Market days (3 times a year) while keeping all profits (minus state tax)
