Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Meticulous upkeep and maintenance of the property exterior, ensuring the grounds, gardens, walkways, and outdoor spaces are in excellent condition
• Seasonal pruning, weeding, hand watering and gardening as needed. Flower beds and hanging baskets to be maintained and planted by season.
• Winter property management to include plowing, shoveling, and salting driveway and walkways as needed.
• Landscaping/light construction (Mowing, lifting, mulching, shoveling, splitting wood, fall clean ups)
• Trash and recycling removal
• Miscellaneous tasks to be assigned by club owners

Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of applicable experience
• Professional, energetic, and detail-oriented worker
• Ability to communicate effectively and take direction
• Must be authorized to work legally in the U.S.
• Must have own transportation

Pay and Benefits:
• Pay starting at $15 commensurate on experience
• 401K
