We are currently looking for a Junior Assistant here at Nino D'Arena Salon & Spa

Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists with various tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair
- Prepare salon stations and ensure they are clean and sanitized for each client
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service throughout their salon experience
- Communicate with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations
- Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services

- Ensuring salon is always clean and tidy

Skills:
- Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Strong ability to upsell salon services and retail products to clients (product knowledge)
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with sanitization practices to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and client retention
