Job Description: We are seeking a charismatic and professional Wedding Master of Ceremonies (MC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent public speaking skills, a dynamic personality, and the ability to engage and entertain wedding guests. As a Wedding MC at BeatFleet Djs, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of the wedding reception and keeping the guests entertained and informed throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary host and spokesperson for the wedding reception.
• Work closely with the wedding couple and event coordinator to understand the timeline and key moments of the event.
• Make formal announcements and introductions, including the bridal party, first dance, cake cutting, and other special moments.
• Engage and interact with guests to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Coordinate with the DJ, catering staff, and other vendors to ensure seamless transitions and timing of events.
• Address any unexpected issues or changes in the schedule with professionalism and poise.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Facilitate games, toasts, and other interactive elements as requested by the couple.
• Stay up-to-date with wedding trends and best practices in the event industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MC or public speaker, preferably in a wedding or event setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations with grace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A charismatic and engaging personality with a sense of humor.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different event locations.
• ability to  lift 50-60lb
• Valid Drivers License/Mobile 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the wedding industry, including knowledge of wedding traditions and etiquette.
• Background in entertainment, such as acting, comedy, or DJing.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Basic understanding of audio and lighting equipment.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate or flat fee per event, based on experience and event type.
• Opportunities for bonuses and tips.
