Please note the position we are posting for is a 1099 contracting position, not a w-2 employee. 

Nice & Neat Home Cleaning is a premium, eco-friendly home cleaning service based in Minnetonka, MN. We clean for busy families located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. Our small, close-knit team is made up of honest, good humans that have each other’s backs. We show up with a positive, kind attitude and ready to put in the hustle.

The Perks

· Competitive hourly pay + tips

· Part-time weekday hours, that means no nights or weekends. Typical “cleaning shifts” are 9:30 am - 12:30 pm or 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm.

· Flexible schedule - You tell us when you’re available and we’ll fill your schedule with cleanings. 

·  We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule. 

·  We pay using direct deposit to your bank account. We use a digital payroll system where you’ll be able to see your weekly payment and pay stubs. 

 

The Role Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional customer service at all times

· Clean client homes using products, and equipment provided by Nice & Neat Home Cleaning 

· Be positive and proactive in collaborating and finding solutions if issues arise

 

The Requirements & Expectations

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

· Must have your own smartphone with cellular data

 · Must provide proof of personal General Liability insurance and Worker's Comp 

·  Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning a plus

· Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day with repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, lifting

• Ability to complete deep, standard, cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, dusting, scrubbing, and other physically demanding cleaning tasks. 

· Superior attention to detail

· Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly

· Exhibit honesty and kindness and be willing to take feedback from clients and adjust accordingly

· United States work authorization required

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check, no exceptions
