Hair Stylist

James Irving is looking for enterprising, veteran stylists who specialize in long cuts, styling, and color to help us expand our creative services and support a diverse clientele. Our vibrant, busy salon is located on Lake Street in Uptown Minneapolis.

Historically, we have been a “men’s” salon, but we're expanding our scope! We're looking for talented, experienced stylists to help expand the services we offer to our amazing clientele. We're seeking someone who can bring their specialities to the shop, carve out their own niche, and play their own unique role in our dynamic team. Put more plainly, we are looking for those who excel in services that we do not currently offer, including feminine styles, texturized hair, and hair color.

We’re an authentic and autonomous collective, looking for others who share these values. Our team tends towards the bookish side, generally enjoying fantasy, gaming, literature, film, and philosophy. As an eccentric charlatan once playfully observed, “we are a group for individuals.”
