Group Leader

'Tween School 'n Home Child Care Program is a Non-Profit Licensed–Plus after school program which has been serving the Hopkinton community for 41 years. We offer an engaging fun-filled and educational program for school age (K-6) children during the school year. 

We are seeking a Group Leader to join our growing professional team. The ideal candidate will be a creative, energetic, caring and self motivated individual capable of planning and implementing daily enrichment activities. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalency diploma, and one of the following:

• Experience working with school-age children, totaling 600 hours;
• Documentation of at least 3 credits in elementary education, human growth and development, behavior management or recreation or early childhood education;
• Documentation that she or he is a certified coach;

We seek an individual who has an interest in growing as a professional in this field and encourage staff development through financial assistance for Professional Development and the NH State Credential process. 

This is a part time position for the 2023/2024 school year and requires availability from 2:15 to 5:30 during the school year. 

Starting wage is $17 hour.
