Avaloch Farm Music Institute seeks a dedicated and reliable General/Prep Cook to join our esteemed culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook all menu items with precision and care.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and high-quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Ensure necessary equipment is available and in good working condition.
Accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies of residents.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a general/prep cook is preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
Knowledgeable of kitchen safety rules and regulations.
Professional demeanor with good hygiene practices.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Punctual and dependable for all scheduled shifts.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs without reasonable accommodation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
