Field Analyst

Seeking Independent Contractors & Field Analyst Inspectors

We are seeking Independent Contractors & Field Analyst Employees in all Counties in Colorado to complete on-site inspections for insurance underwriting purposes. You will identify all hazards or concerns and provide photographs and measurements for Residential & Commercial properties.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of construction materials (Roofing, Siding, Foundations) • Professional conduct.
• Ability to take Quality Photos with a smart phone or digital camera. • Car insurance. • Driver’s License

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report.

Equipment:
• Reliable vehicle. • Windows-based computer.
• 6-foot monopod or camera pole. • Measuring device (measuring wheel).
• High-speed internet connection. • Smart phone or digital camera with location services.

 

Independent Contractor Tax Benefits:

• Applications like MileIQ & Trip Log, Mapping Software

Hours:
• Flexible – Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. - Dusk..
• Part-time, Full-time & Weekend position available.

 Pay:
• Independent Contractors & Fee-Based Employee: $8.00 - $60.00 per case.
• We pay every 2 weeks & Offer additional Pay for travel cases as needed.
