Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, part-time baristas who knows how to deliver excellent service with a smile. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to perfection
• Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and café
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory levels
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
• Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment confidently
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A passion for coffee and a desire to continually improve skills
