Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure the safety of individuals.
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining social skills and relationships.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and individual progress.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of individual information.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to transport individuals to appointments and community outings.
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals using proper lifting techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $13.69 - $14.26 per hour
