Seeking experienced Customer Service and Front Desk Associate, for a growing Fitness Recovery spot in Playa Vista, CA. Must be organized, excellent communication, positive attitude and reliable.

Job Duties include:

+Customer service, booking appointments, membership sales/retention, studio operations and knowledge of services.
+ Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries (calls an emails) and resolving issues promptly, effectively and professionally!
+ Assist customers with service selection and explain benefits of services
+Maintain accurate customer records/notes and update information as necessary

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
